Our Inspiring Story

Peaces of Zen Meditation began with a simple realization: in the rush of modern life, moments of true calm are rare—but essential. Our founder, Phylicia Michele noticed how stress, distractions, and constant pressure were taking a toll on her mental and emotional well-being, not just for herself, but for most women around her. 

Determined to create a space where women could reconnect with themselves, breathe deeply, and find clarity, Peaces of Zen Meditation was born. What started as a personal practice became a mission: to make meditation accessible, practical, and transformative for everyone—regardless of experience level.

Today, Peaces of Zen Meditation is more than guided sessions. We offer support groups, wellness events, and community gatherings. We create spaces where women can heal, connect, and grow together. Every experience is an invitation to slow down, recharge, and bring calm, balance, and clarity into your life.
